Stained Glass Coneflowers
Pictured is a coneflower pin made of stained glass. Inspired by nature, the wearable art is embellished with jewels and sometimes rhinestone too.
Designed by local artist Maureen R. Sorensen of MY STARS and more ..., each creation is one of kind and free form.
"These are the same technique as my stars, but if you notice they are star tips turned backwards. They've become flowers, " said Sorensen.
The composition includes: art glass, copper foil, copper wire, and lead-free solder.
Find a collection of colorful summer coneflowers in our shop at 413 Division St in downtown Northfield.
